Antonio R. Sanchez, Jr. has been an independent oil and gas operator since 1973 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation since 1992. From 2012 to 2020, he served as a director and chairman of the board of Sanchez Energy Corporation, a formerly publicly traded oil and natural gas exploration and production company. He has been a director of the Company since 1995, bringing extensive public company leadership experience.
