About

Mr. Sharples was co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of HomeAway, Inc., a global online marketplace for the vacation rental industry, from 2004 through September 2016, and served as its Chairman through January 2017. Prior to HomeAway, he served as President and CEO of IntelliQuest Information Group, Inc. and began his career as a consultant at Bain & Company. He currently serves as board Chair for GoDaddy, Inc. and on the board of Ally Financial Inc.
