Biography
Carin Offerman has been a director of Canterbury Park since 1994 and was named lead independent director in October 2019. She was President and CEO of Offerman & Company, a regional investment banking and retail broker-dealer firm, from 1997 to 2000, and previously served as its Executive Vice President. She has deep knowledge of the horse industry, having been an owner and breeder of thoroughbreds and serving on the Minnesota Racing Commission's Breeders Fund Advisory Board.
