About

Mr. Varsano has served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Pacific Packaging Products since September 1999, a company specializing in industrial packaging and supply chain management services. Prior to that, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Software Development of SS&C from 1995 to 1999. He has served on the SS&C Board since 2011 and chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee.
