Edward J. Kelly III has extensive background in financial services, having served in senior executive positions at Citigroup, The Carlyle Group, and PNC Financial Services Group, as well as General Counsel and Secretary at J.P. Morgan and as a Partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell. He currently serves as non-executive Chairman of Dollar Tree, Inc. and is the Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee at Citizens.
