Geoff Armstrong served as Chief Financial Officer of AMFM, Inc. and as Director and Chief Operating Officer of Capstar Broadcasting Corporation, and was founder of SFX Broadcasting. Since 2000, he has served as CEO of 310 Partners, a private investment firm. He also serves as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Urban One, Inc.
