Biography
Javier de Anda is a Laredo native who serves as President of B.P. Newman Investment Company, Inc., a private real estate company and apartment building operator. He also co-owns 20 Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen franchises in the Laredo and El Paso areas. He has served on the board of Commerce Bank since 2010 and joined the Company's Board in 2015.
