Dr. Brown has served as Chief Technical Officer since June 2002 and became EVP in April 2021, having joined the company in 1998. She previously was a Research Department Manager at Hughes Research Laboratories and holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering/Electrophysics from USC, with distinguished fellowships including IEEE, SID, and NAE.
