Keith G. Myers is co-founder of LHC Group and served as chairman and CEO until its 2023 merger with Optum, Inc. He is co-founder and current chairman of the Partnership for Quality Home Healthcare and was named Regional Entrepreneur of the Year in healthcare services in 2003. He was inducted into the National Home Care & Hospice Hall of Fame in 2015.
