About

Lance D'Ambrosio has served as a director on Riot's Board since May 2021 and as Lead Independent Director since February 2025. He is co-founder and Chairman of RackScale Data Centers, an AI/HPC infrastructure company, and has served as Managing Partner of 4D Investments since 2001. He previously served as CEO and Chairman of Crystal Peak Minerals and is a recipient of the Ernst & Young and Merrill Lynch Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
