Mr. Ambrose completed a 39-year career with Sikorsky Aircraft in 2023, serving in many executive roles including Chief Engineer and Vice President of Engineering & Technology. Since 2024, he has been Principal Partner of MH Ambrose Consulting, advising aerospace OEMs, tier 1 suppliers, and private equity startups. He serves as Chairman of the University of New Haven Board of Governors and will retire from the RBC Board at the 2025 annual meeting.
