Neal A. Shear is Senior Advisor and Chair of the Advisory Committee of Onyxpoint Global Management LP since June 2017. He has over 30 years of experience managing commodity activity and investments, including 26 years at Morgan Stanley in various roles including Head of Commodities Division and Global Head of Fixed Income. He also served as interim CEO of Cheniere from December 2015 to May 2016.
