Mr. Herskowitz has served as managing member of the ReGen Group of companies since 1998, which includes ReGen Capital Investments LLC and Riverside Claims Investments LLC. He also serves as President of Riverside Claims LLC since June 2004 and is a board member of Avenue Therapeutics, Inc.
