Richard Barasch has served as Chairman since the formation of the Company in November 2019. He was Chief Executive Officer of Universal American Corp., a publicly-traded health insurance and services company, from 1995 until its acquisition by WellCare Health Plans in May 2017. He is founding partner of RAB Ventures LLC, formed to invest in growth healthcare companies.
