Mr. Field is a partner with more than 38 years of experience with the Welden-Field group of companies, specializing in real estate development, mortgage banking, property management, and alternative investments. He is a former Certified Public Accountant who began his career with Arthur Anderson & Company. He currently serves as Chairman of The General Retirement System for Employees of Jefferson County.
