Roszell Mack III has been Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of Mack & Co., LLC since 2010 and is also CEO and Managing Partner of Mack & Co. Partners, LP, an SEC registered investment adviser. He co-founded Ascend Venture Group, a technology-focused venture capital firm, and previously worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Salomon Smith Barney for over a decade.
