Steven F. Rosenbaum, age 69, has served as a director since 2017. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank from 2018 to 2023 and Chief Executive Officer from 2023 until his retirement in July 2024. Prior to joining the Bank, he was President and CEO of Prospect Federal Savings Bank from 1998 until 2017. He received a Bachelor's degree in political science from DePaul University and a Master's degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
