Ted Lesster has extensive knowledge of power electronics and power conversion systems developed through roles at Westinghouse, SatCon, and RCT Systems. He was instrumental in developing power electronics for power conversion and propulsion systems, and led design of advanced power systems. He holds six patents in power conversion and retired in 2014.
