About

Wallace L. Hall, Jr. co-founded and has served as President of Wetland Partners, LP since 1999, and co-founded BioMatrix Partners, an investment partnership focused on public and private biotechnology companies. He previously served on the University of Texas System Board of Regents from 2011 to 2017 and on Legacy Tvardi's board from June 2018 to April 2025. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
