Mr. Clark has over 30 years of biotechnology and pharmaceutical experience with focus on business development, commercialization, and strategic planning. He served as President and CEO of Genocea Biosciences from 2011-2022 and co-founded Vanda Pharmaceuticals in 2004. He holds an MBA from Wharton and BA from Harvard.
