Mr. Loy served as President and CEO of Entegris from November 2012 until August 2025 and currently serves as Executive Chair. He previously served as EVP and COO of Entegris and as CFO of Mykrolis Corporation, and has extensive global experience in operations, finance and information technology across Europe, Japan and the Americas.
