Biography
Bradford Luke Ledbetter has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Kestrel Group Ltd since May 27, 2025, and previously served as President and CEO of Kestrel LLC since its founding in August 2022. He previously served as Chief Underwriting Officer and Head of Business Development at State National Companies from 2011 to 2018, during which gross written premium grew to more than $2.5 billion annually. Prior to State National, he practiced law with Baker Botts L.L.P. and holds law degrees from Cambridge University and the University of Texas School of Law.
