Mr. Swirsky has served as a director since April 2017 and as Chairman of the Board since August 2017. Since March 2023, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of MaxCyte, Inc. He previously served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Rexahn Pharmaceuticals and as President and Chief Executive Officer of GenVec, Inc. He holds the CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University.
